Meat is not obscene, it just takes a lot of poetry to narrate it.
Once upon a time there were three long-time friends of different origins. What united them were their country’s food and wine culture, the love for good cuisine, for the products of their territory and for hospitality.
These three friends shared a dream: opening a place where to taste true Swiss meat. A meat that enshrines the secret of ancient preparation traditions, from pasture to butchery, from hanging to aging. A meat that, when it is time to be on the table, it carries the flavour of its story and of its poetry, composed of countless flavours. A great project that goes under the name of BRACERIA ELVETICA.

The right alchemy at the table is born between: the combination of a good dish of meat cooked with love and flavor and well-grown and good vintage grape cider expertly studied by our Sommelier to make a lunch or dinner magical.
A three-friends’ dream comes true. A place where the table becomes an alchemical laboratory of flavours, history and culture of the true and ancient making of Swiss meat. The result is an amazing menu that gladdens sight and taste. A unique and wonderful feeling with the happy ending “and they lived happily and full ever after”.
